02 CONFERENCE
The School of Innovation and Development at the Central University of Finance and Economics in conjunction with Economics and Management School and Institute for Advanced Study at Wuhan University and the Annals of Economics and Finance (AEF) invites submission of research papers to the 2025 Annals of Economics and Finance China Conference (AEFCC 2025), leading to a special issue of the AEF (SSCI).
To promote China-related economics and finance research, the School of Innovation and Development at the Central University of Finance and Economics and Economics and Management School and Institute for Advanced Study at Wuhan University co-organize the AEFCC 2025. AEFCC 2025 provides a high-quality academic exchange platform, where economics and finance scholars and practitioners worldwide can share their in-depth research on important economics and finance issues in China.
The conference will be held from May 9 to May 10, 2025 in Beijing, China. Paper Submission Deadline is April 15, 2025.
03 TOPICS
The conference organizers would like to invite the submission of papers relating to all aspects of economics and finance. Both theoretical and empirical papers are encouraged in areas which include, but are not limited to:
Economics: Macroeconomics, Business fluctuation, Economic growth, Mechanism design, Industrial organization, Economic development，Institutional and political economics.
Finance: Derivatives, Financial accounting, Corporate finance, Investments, Portfolio management, Qualitative, Environmental, Corporate governance, Market microstructure, Capital markets, Corporate Valuation and Banking.

07 PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors interested in presenting their paper at the conference should submit the paper in a complete (including author information) and a blind PDF-version to: aefcc2024@163.com. All submissions must be in English. Submitted papers should not have been accepted (or conditionally accepted) for publication at any journal.
Paper submission deadline: April 15, 2025.
Papers will be reviewed anonymously and authors will be notified of the decision by April 22, 2025.
All presenting authors are expected to discuss another paper in the conference.
08 BEST PAPER AWARD
Two papers will be selected to win RMB 5,000 each for the best paper award.

11 SPECIAL ISSUE OF the ANNALS OF ECONOMICS AND FINANCE
After the conference, the Guest Editors will invite selected authors participating in the conference to submit their papers to the Special Issue of the AEF with the theme “Advance Economy Forward for China: Challenges and Opportunities”. The Guest Editors of the Special Issue are: Professor Chun Yuan and Professor Qichun He.
Annals of Economics and Finance is a Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) journal and the journal website can be visited using the link: http://aeconf.com/
Please note that presentation at the conference does not guarantee acceptance of the paper for publication in the Special Issue of AEF.
