We reviewed some useful mathematical concepts and facts, clarified the dynamics of carbon cycle, profits and outputs, and discussed the concepts about "firms" who conduct R&D or manufacturing activities in the model.
本期預告
We will focus on the general equilibrium, and dive into deriving the value function and the evolution of the distribution of the technology gap. Finally, we'll provide an example with the optimal policy being constant.
